The SmtXtra range of lead-free capable reflow ovens are designed to enhance and optimize operating efficiencies, reduce maintenance intervals, and reduce life-cycle costs. These efficiencies have been gained through design enhancements, such as a patented closedloop blower control unit to stabilise airflow ensuring minimal turbulence, which improves heat transfer and substantially reduces power and nitrogen consumption.
These machines have patented heating plates in each zone uniformly transfer heat by forced hot air convection. We have introduced “quick start up” from cold to your profile in under 20 minutes. Consumption is up to 60% less power on power-up and 40% less nitrogen than other comparable platforms available on the market today.
Our reflow ovens are ideally suited for high-throughput environments while providing the flexibility required for varying production demands of today.
