Function:

This machine is capable of transferring a PCB in any of the 3 modes:

  • Standard mode:

In standard mode the machine receives a PCB from Upstream machine and is transferred to Downstream machine when there is a board request from Downstream. If the downstream is busy, the PCB is stacked inside the stocker and is released to Downstream machine when the Downstream machine is available.

  • Reject mode:

In reject mode, the machine receives either “good” or “bad” PCB from Upstream machine. When a “good” PCB is received, the PCB will be transferred to Downstream machine before accepting the next PCB from the Upstream machine again. On the other hand, when a “bad” PCB is received, it will be stacked inside the stocker unit and manually removed by operator once the stocker is full.

  • Bypass mode:

In bypass mode, the machine acts as a link between Upstream and Downstream machine. A PCB is transferred from Upstream machine and is transferred to Downstream machine during each cycle of operation.
